The Role:
Redevelopment of Govt building. You will be a No.2 on site, sitting under the Senior Quantity Surveyor and assisting with a considerable package. You will be profit margin aware, results orientated and be able to deal with sub contractors and procurement. You may deal with the client so you will be able to build rapport with people and maintain a good relationship. You will have Design and build contract experience.

The Requirements:
Maximise Profit and Cash, overall financial, contractual and legal control of site, set Commercial strategy, implement companies commercial policies, timely settlement of final accounts. Preparation of companies Financial reports, manage dispute resolution, form relationships with Client and PQS. Promote Company Image. Coach for Best Practice, risk management. Experience in a Fixed Price environment; design and build form of contract; pragmatic, results and numbers orientated individual required; experience in cost controlled construction, profit margin awareness essential.
