The Role:
Client facing quantity surveyor required for business park development in Oxford. This is an opportunity to work with a prestigious client whom we have a five year plus contract with. Experience of the construction management form of contract is essential. You will be part of a new team working on one or two buildings at a value of between £7 and £10 million each . It will be a client facing role so you will need to be able to build and maintain good relationships.

The Requirements:
Maximise Profit and Cash. Overall financial, contractual and legal control of site. Set Commercial strategy. Implement companies commercial policies. Timely settlement of final accounts. Preparation of companies Financial reports. Manage Dispute resolution. Form relationships with Client and PQS. Promote Company Image.
