The Role:

M&E Project Manager required to run the M&E element of various D&B + traditional construction projects in Scotland.

The Requirements:

Experience working on projects with an M&E value in excess of £5m is an advantage, you will also need to be competent in procument, design and be able to deliver projects on time.

You must demonstrate - Good Knowledge of Procurement ie, preparation of Tender lists and documentation. Pre-qualification selection, formulating scope of works, tender reconciliation, contract placing, recommendations and will have knowledge and experience in market forces and trends

The ability to present to clients would be advantageous.
