The Role:

M&E QS required to run the M&E element of various fit-outs in and around London. This is an opportunity to work with some exclusive retailers and corporate offices/stores. Experience of fit-out is an advantage you will also need to be competent in procument, design and be able to deliver projects on time.

The Requirements:

You must have - University or appropriate vocational qualification. Association with the RICS. General technical knowledge of all aspects of M&E and Controls. You must demonstrate - Good Knowledge of Procurement ie, preparation of Tender lists and documentation. Pre-qualification selection, formulating scope of works, tender reconciliation, contract placing, recommendations and will have knowledge and experience in market forces and trends
