The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced M & E Quantity Surveyor to work on the delivery of this data centre/commercial space on behalf of a high profile banking retailer. Experience of working within the commercial sector would be a definite advantage, and specifically within the Mechanical and Electrical arena.
