The Role:

My client provides a full planning, design management, project management and construction services for residential developers in the UK and overseas. Their involvement extends from the disposal of sites for residential uses through the feasibility and planning stages to the full project and cost management of quality residential developments. My client is involved in both stand alone new-build residential projects as well mixed use residential, retail and leisure schemes.

Due to our continued growth we require Project Managers who will be responsible for assisting and managing the successful delivery of complex projects via the management of external professional teams engaged on the implementation of residential and mixed-use developments for major UK clients

The Requirements:

The candidate will need to have a working knowledge of the overall residential development process, show the ability to demonstrate flexibility and commercial awareness and the ability to work within a team. You will possess a proactive and innovative approach, be capable of making decisions, have good communication skills and be able to work to time critical deadlines.

The successful candidate is likely to be a graduate in a building related degree, be a member of the association of project management and come from a client or consultant background.
