The Role:

My client has developed an unrivalled capability in the retail sector, working on many mixed-use developments and large-scale retail roll-out programmes, associated with the refitting and/or re-branding of major chains of outlets. A key focus for my client in 2007 is the continued development of their retail sector and the successful completion of a number of shopping centre developments. With continued project wins and sector growth my client are seeking Project Managers with experience of out-of-town shopping centre developments to take up key positions within our Retail Developer team.

The Requirements:

The candidate will need to have a working knowledge of retail developments and experience of either overall or secondary control of major projects. The Individual will show the ability to demonstrate flexibility and commercial awareness and the ability to work within a team. You will possess a proactive and innovative approach, be capable of making decisions, have good communication skills and be able to work to time critical deadlines. The successful candidate is likely to be a graduate in a building related degree, be a member of the association of project management and come from a client or consultant background.
