The Role:

Acting as the developer's project manager my client has been actively responsible for some of the largest and most complex schemes in Britain and around the world. My client is one of the few companies who can offer a truly holistic management team right through to site delivery and aftercare of the chosen product.

Due to our continued growth they require Project Managers who will be responsible for assisting and managing the successful delivery of complex projects via the management of external professional teams engaged on the implementation and delivery of fit out projects for major corporate clients

The Requirements:

The candidate will need to have a working knowledge of fast pace corporate fit out projects, show the ability to demonstrate flexibility and commercial awareness and the ability to work within a team. You will possess a proactive and innovative approach, be capable of making decisions, have good communication skills and be able to work to time critical deadlines.

The successful candidate is likely to be a graduate in a building related degree, be a member of the association of project management and come from a client or consultant background.
