The Role:

Responsible for the day to day cost/commercial duties on projects that are assigned to the cost/commercial Manager. To be an active and effective team member in respect of cost and commercial matters on programme.

The Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, consistent cost budgeting, consistent cost budgeting, Production of accurate CSA documents in line with current company standards. Assist in the delivery of payment cycles using systems and procedures, positive change management control, timely cost and cash flow reporting to meet financial reporting requirements, actively value engineer proposed works using internal and external resources, provision of accurate cost forecasts/budgets. Assess, consider and implement appropriate risk and value management processes. Assist with the procurement strategy including utilising the appropriate procurement methodology. Close-out of final accounts within two months of project completion. Assist with the development and implementation of performance measurement policies.
