The applicant must have High rise/RC frame residential experience, have recent UK work experience.

It will help if the applicant has project experience in the region of £10 million+. Experience of managing direct labour on and off site would benefit the candidate.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years work history working within a lead construction company.

The succesful applicant must have the following qualifications

* Experience of Mechanical design
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Chartered engineer with IET or IMechE (or equivalent)
