The applicant must have High rise/RC frame residential experience, have recent UK work experience.

It will help if the applicant has project experience in the region of £10 million+. Experience of managing direct labour on and off site would benefit the candidate.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years work history working within a lead construction company.

Key Accountabilities:

- Provide dimensional control of works
- Procure, interpret, disseminate and communication all necessary technical information
- Maintain all necessary site records
- Provide supervision and quality control of selected trades
