"The Role:
Due to expansion and company growth my clients are currently looking to recruit a number of Chartered Quantity Surveyors in Central London with strong QS experience. Sense is broadly split into sectors, i.e. commercial, public sector, residential, however you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects dependant on your skills and prior experience.

The Requirements:
They are conscious that every candidate brings to the table their own individual experience, and every person will be reviewed on their own merit, although there are some general requirements. The ideal candidate will have solid QS experience, excellent communication skills, prior experience of a professional proactive or consultancy environment, ideally a degree in the 'built environment' and/or a relevant professional qualification, able to maintain good working relationships with clients and take every opportunity to increase the profile of the company."
