- Managed project from Start to finishing using in house design team, joinery workshop. Setting up specialist contractors and trade accounts. Utilising own staff and employing operatives, account & payroll duties, company procedures.
Assistant project manager, 2 new houses projected sale total of £35M
- Assisting in planning and preparing site from basement dig out to roof installed, responsible for health safety, first aid, fire marshal, training, HVC operatives, subcontractors, materials, tools, plant, tower crane erection and maintenance.
Site Manager: 1 new build house projected sale total of £6M
- Managed project from dig out to roof installed, worked in coordination with QS and design team finalising plans and contracts, managed contractors, HVC labour, quality control and site surveying, materials, plant, whilst ensuring project confirms to CDM regulations and building to NHBC regulations.

SITE AGENT: MPG Facades, Southgate road
- Responsible for turning around failing contracted works for 3 tower blocks
- Utilised £1.6m new Met-sec, Cemboard, Sto insulation boards & Sto Texture systems
- Managed project from surveying to handovers with up to 20 operatives full time
- Redefined project scheduling to bring back in line with time frames & budget
- Introduced H&S standards to a site with no previous provision for safety at work
- Co-ordinated drawings for the 3rd tower block, gained approval & ordered materials
- Chased up & ordered outstanding materials to complete 2nd & 1st tower blocks
- Modified existing drawings following planned change to concrete floors, doors & windows

SITE MANAGER: Sheridon Stone Restoration, Various Central London
- Responsible for leading various construction projects from start up to completion
- All Saints Church project to remove a stone Rose window measuring 2.5M radius & the main stone arch measuring 15M High & 6M wide
- Commenced work on BP HQ with 5 staff to remove 250 stones & pointing replaced
with the correct fixings and pointing plus hundreds of repairs and refaced stones
- Hatton Gardens project, alter structures & rebuild to match listed face work in stone and brick plus steel repairs (won award of best contractor on site award)
- Ensured stringent H&S standards were adhered to on all projects undertaken
